Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policy requires 24-hour advance notice for any appointment changes. In the event of a cancellation without sufficient notice, we will charge your credit card or redeem your gift certificate for the full amount of the service. We hope you understand that we still need to cover our service providers who will be unable to fill the spot in a short time frame. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Appointment Bookings

To book your first appointment, please provide your name, phone number, and email address. We require an email address to send your appointment confirmation and intake forms.

To reserve an appointment, you must provide a credit card or gift certificate. However, your card will only be charged if you use it to pay at the time of service, cancel your appointment according to our policy, or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment.

 

Please let us know at the time of your booking if you are under the care of a doctor for an underlying chronic medical condition, experiencing any signs or symptoms of illness, or contagious rashes as you may not be able to receive spa services. 

Online Client Intake Forms

Upon booking your appointment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you that will include the service intake forms, which will need to be completed prior to your upcoming appointment. Please complete your forms prior to your appointment to save time during the check in process and to get you relaxing faster! 

When should I arrive for my appointment?

We kindly remind our valued clients to avoid arriving more than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, as we operate on an appointment-only basis. If you would like to explore the possibility of being seen earlier, please feel free to contact us. You are welcome to relax in the main entrance lobby seating area while waiting.

What if I Arrive Late to My Appointment?

If you arrive to your appointment late, this will affect your total appointment time and your appointment will be shortened as a result. Our appointments must begin and end on time to enable us to be on time for the next schedule appointment. 

Product Return and gift certificate Policy

We are unable to accept returns or issue credit on items that have been used or are opened. 

 

Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of purchase. Spa Rituals is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
